St. Elizabeth Catholic Church and Church of the Epiphany
Reserving the Date
To schedule your wedding at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church and to arrange a meeting with the Pastor, please contact the Parish Office at 828-264-8338 or email [email protected]
Wedding dates will be reserved on the church calendar only after approval has been granted by St. Elizabeth’s Pastor and a non-returnable 50% deposit of the Wedding Fee has been received. The remainder of the Wedding Fee must be received in the Parish Office no later than 4 weeks prior to the wedding date. If the total balance due has not received in our office by four weeks prior to the wedding date, the Church reserves the right to cancel the wedding with the forfeiture of all deposits paid to date and schedule other events on the scheduled date.
Registered St. Elizabeth’s Parishioners $250.00
Students (Currently enrolled @ App State) $500.00
Cleaning/Security Deposit (Conditionally returned after wedding) $200.00
Parish Hall Rental
Students (Currently enrolled @ App State) $200.00
*A minimum of six (6) months preparation period is required.
*Fee does not include musician(s) or Priest. Those may be contracted separately upon request.
*Outside priest or musician(s) must be approved by St. Elizabeth’s Pastor.
*Music must be approved by the Director of Sacred Music or Pastor.
*Lectors must be Catholics in good standing. Non-Catholics cannot be approved.
*All necessary forms MUST be received in the Parish Office prior to the wedding date.
*Only approved decoration (flowers, etc.) may be used in the church.
*Entry to the church prior to the wedding must be arranged with St. Elizabeth’s wedding coordinator.
